OpTech LLC OurAppX and Related SaaS Products and Services Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all subscriptions of OpTech LLC’s software products and services that are subscription based.

Subscription based products and services include:

  • Google My Business/Google Profile Management
  • Subscription Websites or Websites as a Service Products
  • Recurring SEO Services
  • Paid Ad, SEM, YouTube ad Management Services
  • Social Media Management Services
  • Reputation Marketing Services
  • OurAppX SaaS Product and related systems and services
    • ORM (Our Relationship Manger)
    • Call Our App
    • Text Our App
    • Email Our App
    • Our GPT Apps
    • One Social Login
    • Our App A.I.

1. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription to any of the products or services above at any time by contacting OpTech LLC customer support at [support @ optechllc.com] or by calling 1-855-777-4783. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.  If a free trial was involved, subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis after the free trial period.

2. Refund Policy

Once your cancellation is processed, you will have access to OurAppX and related products and services until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be refunded for any unused portion of your subscription.

3. Exceptions

OpTech LLC may cancel your subscription if you have any outstanding invoices or if you have violated the terms of service.

4. Termination by OpTech LLC

OurAppX reserves the right to terminate or suspend user or company accounts for violations of the Terms of Service or any other misuse of the software.

5. Severability

If any provision of this cancellation policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this cancellation policy and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. Governing Law

This cancellation policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

7. Entire Agreement

This cancellation policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and OpTech LLC with respect to the cancellation of your subscription to OurAppX and related products and services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

8. Notices

All notices and other communications under this cancellation policy shall be by email.  If the email address proves invalid the notices shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified, or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows if an address was provided by the user:

or to such other address as either party may designate in writing from time to time.

9. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this cancellation policy shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Data Retention

Upon cancellation, OpTech LLC will retain user data for a period of 90 days to allow users to export or request and export of their data if needed.

11. Changes to Cancellation Policy

OpTech LLC reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.  Users/Companies will be notified of any changes through the email associated with their account.

12. Survival

The provisions of Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of this cancellation policy shall survive any termination of this cancellation policy.

13. Headings

The headings in this cancellation policy are for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation.

14. Counterparts

This cancellation policy may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

15. Language

This cancellation policy shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the language of this cancellation policy shall be controlling in all respects.

16. Severability

If any provision of this cancellation policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this cancellation policy and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This cancellation policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and OpTech LLC with respect to the cancellation of your subscription to OurAppX and related products and services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
